Job requirement
- Gender: Male / Female
- Graduated: University degree in Information Technology, Economic or related fileds.
- Experience: ≥ 2 years in a MES/PLC developer or similar position; Good to have experience on Ignition Scada software and interface between Ignition and SAP system.
- Proficiency in using MES / PLC (Rock Well Eco System) / Ignition SCADA/ Bluci Test Bench software
- Language: Intermediate English.
Job description
- Identify opportunities for improvements in existing MES processes, modeling, documentation, and training to optimize workflow and efficiency.
- Implement all aspects required for successful MES deployment, including architecting, modeling and setup, testing, troubleshooting, training setup and delivery, and ongoing support and maintenance.
- Analyze and update operational processes and procedures; Keep accurate records of configuration changes and updates.
- Identify opportunities for improvements in existing MES processes, modeling, documentation, and training to optimize workflow and efficiency.
- Plan and oversee the deployment and layout of MES related workstations in manufacturing areas.
- Interface with cross-functional teams and manufacturing personnel to ensure smooth implementation of changes.
- Create work instruction and process documentation describing the setup and maintenance of MES processes.
- Work cross-functionally with production, Quality, IT and various other support groups to determine design, modeling requirements.
- Monitor, track, and report operations performance to Operations Management team.
- Monitor and track system and conduct audit yearly.
- Enforce the application of process and procedure.
- Evaluate the enforcement of process and procedure.
- Work with related departments to enchance user and system performance.
- Upgrade or apply new technology.
- Maintain security administration of MES system and ensures users have proper access levels to the appropriate functionality.
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of best practices for end users.
- Draft and update user manuals and training materials for operational staff.
- Ensure strict adherence to software licensing rules and maintain careful records.
- Analyze emerging issues and determine effective actions to improve functionality and usage.
- Lead the evaluation, testing, and implementation of new modules and software upgrades.
